Alex is a web usability expert with two decades of computing experience. He was a Senior Usability Analyst at UK agency Nomensa, and previously an award-winning Sun Microsystems engineer and award-winning software developer.

For usability work, he has conducted hundreds of expert website reviews and usability testing sessions, and been lead trainer for several user experience courses. He has also successfully led many large-scale usability projects with public and private sector clients.

He is currently living in the Kootenays in British Columbia, Canada, having moved to Canada in June 2009, and is enjoying snowshoeing and hiking in the incredible Rocky Mountains.
